Eastern Shore Training And Consulting, Inc. (ESTACI) is excited to announce that
ESTACI’S Empowering Women & Girls’ program has selected another outstanding
cohort of young ladies for our 2025 "Young Leaders" Scholarship awards!
Each of these finalists spoke with such passion and commitment regarding their choice
of study and career, that our interviewing committee members were truly inspired and
grateful for the opportunity to support them!

I'Ta'Nashia Jackson is graduating from Nandua HS, and plans to attend James Madison
University with the goal of earning a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, leading to medical
school and a career as a pediatrician here on the shore.

Dieuyimie Desil is also graduating from Nandua HS, and plans to attend the University
of MD, College Park with the goal of earning a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences,
leading to medical school and a career as a physician (specialty to be determined) here
on the shore as well.

Virginia Brown is graduating from Northampton HS, and plans to attend the University of
Mary Washington with the goal of earning a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education,
leading to certification and a career in education, also here on the shore.
It's never too late to contribute to ESTACI's Young Leaders Scholarship Fund! We still need another $1650 to provide this year's three $2500 awards. Please send as much as you can - as soon as you can - to ESTACI's Scholarships, 3100 Main St, Exmore VA 23350. Please remember to write ESTACI Scholarships on your check.
